Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before we have begun any work, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any administrative fees or third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
During Project Development: If you cancel your project after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. This includes design concepts, development work, content creation, and any third-party services or licenses purchased for your project. We will provide an itemized invoice detailing the work completed and costs incurred.
After Project Completion: Once your project has been completed, delivered, and approved, no refunds will be issued. You are responsible for full payment according to the terms of your service agreement.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
Deposit Refunds: Initial deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on your project. The deposit secures your project slot in our schedule and compensates us for the initial planning and setup work. However, if we are unable to begin work within the agreed-upon timeframe due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a deposit refund.
Partial Refunds: In cases where you are dissatisfied with our services and we are unable to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed and the nature of the concerns. Any refund amount will be determined at our discretion after reviewing the specific circumstances.
Full Refunds: Full refunds are rare and are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as our complete failure to deliver any work or services as agreed. Full refunds do not apply to situations where you simply change your mind or decide you no longer need the services after work has begun.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your website. Our service packages include a specified number of revision rounds to ensure the final product meets your expectations. The number of included revisions varies by package and will be outlined in your service agreement.
Included Revisions: During the revision phase, you may request changes to design elements, layout, content placement, and functionality within the scope of the original project agreement. We will work with you to implement these changes promptly and professionally.
Additional Revisions: If you require revisions beyond the number included in your package, additional fees will apply. We will provide a quote for any extra revision work before proceeding. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate or as agreed upon.
Scope Changes: Requests that significantly change the scope of the original project, such as adding new pages, features, or functionality not included in the initial agreement, will be treated as separate projects and will require a new proposal and additional payment.
We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to communicate your concerns to us as soon as possible. We will work diligently to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
Our satisfaction guarantee means that we will continue to work with you through the agreed-upon revision rounds to refine and improve your website until you are satisfied with the result. However, this guarantee does not extend to unlimited revisions or changes beyond the scope of the original project agreement.
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timelines provided in your service agreement. However, project timelines may be affected by various factors, including client responsiveness, content availability, technical challenges, and scope changes.
Client-Caused Delays: If project delays are caused by late feedback, delayed content delivery, or lack of responsiveness on your part, we are not responsible for any resulting timeline extensions. Extended project timelines due to client delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Our Delays: If we experience delays due to circumstances within our control, we will communicate with you promptly and work to minimize the impact on your project timeline. In cases of significant delays caused by us, we may offer compensation in the form of additional services or partial refunds at our discretion.
Many web development projects require third-party services, products, or licenses, such as hosting services, domain registrations, premium themes, plugins, stock images, or software licenses. These third-party items are subject to the return and refund policies of their respective providers.
We are not responsible for refunds or returns of third-party services or products. If you wish to cancel or obtain a refund for any third-party items, you must contact the provider directly. Any fees paid to third parties on your behalf are non-refundable through Chiphronkhun.

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and will work with you to find a fair solution.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns through direct communication, we may suggest mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing legal action. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation will be subject to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in our Terms of Use.
Failure to pay for services rendered may result in suspension of services, withholding of project files and deliverables, and potential legal action to collect outstanding balances. Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and interest charges as specified in your service agreement.
In the event that we must engage collection services or legal counsel to recover unpaid amounts, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes to this policy will not affect existing service agreements unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
